Club Advisors and Presidents:

You may need to use the forms below for events. If you do plan an event, the first thing to do is to submit an ARF (Activity Request Form). And, if you're planning a fundraiser, you'll need to submit the ASB Fund Raising Approval form.

Any time you vote within your club, or plan to spend money, you'll need to submit minutes. And, if you do raise some money, you'll need to deposit it to Mr. Carter in the office, using the attached deposit form.

And, any time you have questions, be sure to ask Mrs Denney in room 405, or email her at [email protected].
